Queens - if you follow any of our socials you know we've been talking about the Legacy Gala for quite some time. We were invited to participate in this event in partnership with our friends at Stay Positive News, Well House Church and Southern Welcome Interior Design and Holiday Decorating Services. This experience has been nothing short of amazing, and words can't express how honored we feel to be invited to participate is such a great cause. Let's deep dive a bit further into the gala and go over some deets!
What is this charity gala for?
All proceeds from the gala will go to providing children in foster care Christmas presents! We are working with a incredible foster organization, His Children , who will connect us with families of children in foster care to provide these presents for. Stay Positive News in collaboration with Well House Church, Effortless Event Planning, and Southern Welcome Interior and Holiday Decorating Services is hosting The Legacy Gala, a charity event that will bless children in foster care with Christmas gifts this year. All proceeds raised will go towards the cause. His Children Foundation is connecting us with the foster homes and providing us with each child's Christmas list, and Well House Church will be heading up a volunteer day of shopping and wrapping the gifts following the gala. Our goal is to raise enough money to buy presents for 150 kids!
The Gala will include dinner/dessert, with live entertainment provided by Soul Soup, Dance South, the Infamous Magic Steve, and a celebrity emcee! It'll be a night of fun and fundraising Queens, so make sure to sign up for the action!!

There are many ways to be involved in the Legacy Gala! You can make a independent donation ( If you're interested in making a tax deductible donation/sponsorship for the event, please email Rachel at Rachel@staypositive.news ) , attend the event or become a sponsor!
